This policy outlines how KaziSafi.co.ke (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes, ships, and delivers your orders across Kenya. Please review it carefully before placing an order.
1. Delivery Areas & Coverage
We offer delivery services across Kenya.
- Major Cities & Townships: We provide reliable delivery to all major urban and peri-urban areas, including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and surrounding townships.
- Other Regions: Delivery is available to all other counties and regional towns. Delivery timelines and fees may vary for remote locations. Please contact us via WhatsApp for a specific quote if you are outside a major urban center.
2. Delivery Fees
Our delivery fees are structured to be fair and transparent, based on order value, item size, and your location.
- Nairobi Metropolitan Area: For orders in Nairobi, a delivery fee of KSh 350 to KSh 1000+ applies, depending on your specific zone and the weight of the parcel within Nairobi.
- Outside Nairobi: Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Common fees range from KSh 700 to KSh 2,500+. The exact fee will be calculated and confirmed with you at checkout or via a follow-up call/WhatsApp message after you place your order.
- Oversized Items: Large products like Classroom Whiteboards (2400mm x 1200mm), Interactive Whiteboards, or Whiteboards with Stands may incur an additional handling or special delivery fee due to their dimensions. This will be clearly communicated before you confirm your purchase.
3. Delivery Timelines
We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. All timelines are estimates and commence once your order is confirmed and payment is verified.
- Nairobi Metropolitan Area: 1-3 business days.
- Other Major Towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru): 2-5 business days.
- All Other Regions: 3-10 business days.
- Factors Affecting Timelines: Please note that delivery times can be affected by product availability (especially for custom or large items), logistical constraints, weather conditions, and public holidays.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message shortly after placing your order.
- Payment Verification: Order processing begins only after we have verified your payment. We recommend using our approved payment methods and sending your payment confirmation promptly via WhatsApp for faster processing.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and packed for dispatch within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery Partner: We partner with reputable third-party courier services and our own delivery fleet to ensure your products reach you safely.
5. The Delivery Day
- Dispatch Notification: You will receive a notification (SMS or WhatsApp) with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
- Driver Contact: Our delivery agent will contact you via phone on the day of delivery to coordinate.
- Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your package(s) upon delivery before signing or accepting. Check for any visible damage to the packaging or the product. If there is obvious damage, please note it on the delivery note and contact us immediately via call or WhatsApp at +254 115 500 100 / +254 785 500 100.
- Failed Delivery: If you are unavailable, the delivery agent will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Two failed attempts may result in the order being returned to our warehouse, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
6. Special Services
- Installation Services: We offer professional installation services for wall-mounted whiteboards, large classroom boards, and interactive systems
This is a paid service quoted separately based on the product and complexity. Please inquire before ordering if you require installation.
Corporate & Wholesale Orders: We provide tailored delivery solutions for schools, businesses, and bulk purchases

7. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority.
- Damaged Items: Refuse delivery of any visibly damaged package. For concealed damage discovered after opening, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Lost Shipments: In the rare event that an order is lost in transit, we will initiate a trace with the courier and keep you informed. We will replace the order at no cost to you once the loss is confirmed.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with details of your order and what was received. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and for the return pickup of the incorrect item.
