1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within this 30-day period.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all the following conditions:

  • Unused Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same pristine condition as when you received it.
  • Original Packaging: It must be in its original packaging, including any boxes or protective materials.
  • Tags Attached: All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Handling Fee
Please note that a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for all approved returns. This fee covers the cost of processing, inspection, and restocking the item.

4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our sales team at sales@kazisafi.co.ke within the 30-day return window. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization and the correct return address.
  3. Ship the Item: Once you receive the instructions, ship your return to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

5. Damages and Mistakes
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@kazisafi.co.ke. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Non-standard or custom-made boards (e.g., special sizes).
  • Items purchased on sale or at a discount.
  • Gift cards.

7. Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to process a return for the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

8. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that the 10% handling fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
